Jose Andres Jewelry are not responsible for lost packages due to wrong address provided by the buyer. Please make sure you have enter the correct shipping address during checkout.

You'll receive a confirmation email shortly after placing your order, and another notification once your order has been shipped out with tracking number for estimated shipping delivery.

Please note:
* Signature is required at delivery for orders over $500 or more.

ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY
Jose Andres Jewelry is unable to cancel orders that have already shipped despite the customer receipt of Online Order Confirmation or Shipping Notice.

RETURNS
We want you to love your Jose Andres Jewelry jewelry goods. If you're not happy or satisfied for any reason, we accept returns in exchange for online credit of unused, undamaged merchandise received within 14 days of the purchase date, provided that the items are unused and in original condition.
Some special or customized or personalized order items are final sale. All purchases made using a promo code are final sale.

  • All returns of merchandise purchased on this website require prior authorization.
    • Please contact our Support Team at returns@joseandresjewelry.com for all return inquiry and to confirm if an item is final sale or can be returned.
    • All returns must be unused and in original condition. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
    • We will send you Return Instructions via email.
    • Customers are responsible for Return Shipping label.


    Jose Andres Jewelry cannot be responsible for return merchandise prior to our receipt. Items returned without authorization of return confirmation from Jose Andres Jewelry will not be eligible for the exchange of online credit applicable to the amount of original purchase.
